Position: Registered NurseJob Type: Full-TimeDepartment: HealthcareReports To: Head Nurse / Medical DirectorJob Summary:We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The ideal candidates will hold a valid DOH license for Abu Dhabi or a DHA license for Dubai and have a passion for providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services to our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the appropriate medical staff.Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other medical professionals to create individualized care plans.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.Participate in continuous education and professional development activities.Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or medical director.Qualifications:Valid DOH license for Abu Dhabi or DHA license for Dubai.Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records.Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.Preferred Skills:Experience in a specialized area of nursing (e.g., ICU, ER, pediatrics, geriatrics).Advanced certifications in nursing specialties.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Health insurance coverage.Professional development opportunities.Supportive work environment with a focus on work-life balance.Equal Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
