As a Registered Nurse in our OPD, you will be responsible for providing direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the outpatient setting. Your primary role will be to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in Eastern Europe.Current and valid Registered Nurse license in home country.Must be eligible to be licensed as an RN in Saudi Arabia.Minimum of 2 yrs experience post Bachelors degree in the OPDBLS CertificationRequirement:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in medical technology and equipmentFluency in English, both written and verbalWillingness to work flexible shifts and on-call as neededCompensation:A competitive salary and benefits package including housing, transportationAir Ticket: Economy class air ticket (round trip) to home of origin once a year.Medical insurance: Health Insurance provided to the employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
