As a Registered Nurse in the maternity department, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to expectant mothers and their newbornsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments and ongoing monitoring of pregnant women, including vital signs, fetal heart rate, and overall well-beingAssist with prenatal care, including administering medications, performing tests, and providing education on nutrition and healthy habitsMonitor and assist with labor and delivery, including administering pain relief medication and monitoring fetal heart rateProvide postpartum care to both mother and newborn, including monitoring for any complications and providing education on newborn careCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plansMaintain accurate and detailed patient recordsEducate patients and their families on postpartum care and any necessary follow-up appointmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in Eastern Europe.Current and valid Registered Nurse license in home country.Must be eligible to be licensed as an RN in Saudi Arabia.Minimum of 2 yrs experience post Bachelors degree maternity nursingBLS CertificationRequirementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in medical technology and equipmentFluency in English, both written and verbalWillingness to work flexible shifts and on-call as neededCompensationA competitive salary and benefits package including housing, transportationAir Ticket: Economy class air ticket (round trip) to home of origin once a year.Medical insurance: Health Insurance provided to the employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
