Our client is looking for a dynamic Aesthetic Nurse to join their team in Dubai, UAE.ResponsibilitiesSetting-up and maintaining clean treatment rooms to secure the highest standardsScreening customer’s face with 3D visualization systems, taking pre- and post-treatment photos according to protocolsSupporting aesthetic doctors during procedures and recording details of every stepEducating clients on treatment and care plans and answering their questionsRapidly and effectively communicating all medical issues to a medical doctor or relevant leaderSecuring that consumable stock levels are maintained and recorded to ensure the appropriate and efficient use of supplies are being administeredLiaising with other nursing, medical and administrative staff to maintain and improve DHA standards, ensuring exacting clinical standards and peace of mind for all customersDemonstrating effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with clients, other healthcare team members and staff of other departmentsAssuming responsibility for own professional growth, identifying those areas of clinical knowledge and skills that need further developmentAdvocating for excellence in client care, maintaining a high level of confidentiality of all client information, and maintaining privacy and dignity for all clientsActing as a preceptor and/or resource for new employees and other staffParticipating in performance improvement activitiesRequirementsPrevious nursing experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or cosmetics fieldExcellent hand and eye coordinationIn-depth knowledge of local health authority regulations and patient safety standardsOutstanding communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
