The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care to inpatientsMonitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical teamAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMaintain accurate nursing documentation and patient recordsEnsure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standardsSupport patients and families with education and emotional careRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in NursingValid Nursing License (Qatar license preferred or eligible for licensing)Minimum 5 years of experience in an inpatient hospital settingGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work shifts and in a fast-paced environment
