You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICUMonitor and assess patients' conditions, including vital signs and changes in symptomsAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansCollaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plansEducate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation of patient careRespond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventionsAdhere to infection control and safety protocolsParticipate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skillsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution in Eastern Europe.Current and valid Registered Nurse license in home country.Must be eligible to be licensed as an RN in Saudi Arabia.Minimum of 2 yrs experience post Bachelors degree.BLS and ACLS certificationsRequirement:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in medical technology and equipmentFluency in English, both written and verbalWillingness to work flexible shifts and on-call as neededCompensation:A competitive salary and benefits package including housing, transportationAir Ticket: Economy class air ticket (round trip) to home of origin once a year.Medical insurance: Health Insurance provided to the employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
