It offers advanced medical services across specialties including Neonatology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, and Women’s Health. The hospital is one of the very few to encompass a dedicated Fetal Medicine Department along with a full‑fledged Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in the UAE. This has established Danat Al Emarat as a regional referral center for women with high‑risk pregnancies, supported by its Level III NICU providing care for the most fragile newborns.Role OverviewThe Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, competent, and patient‑centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care while collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDeliver patient assessments and core nursing care in the OPDSupport women’s care services, including procedures and patient educationAdminister medications and monitor patient conditionsMaintain accurate EMR documentationCommunicate effectively with physicians and the care teamFollow safety, infection‑control, and ethical standardsContribute to quality improvement and departmental KPIsAssist and guide junior staffQualificationsBachelor’s degree in NursingValid RN license (MOH / DHA / DOH)Current BLS certification1–2 years of OPD and women’s care experienceStrong assessment and clinical judgment skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to work under pressureProfessional and reliableEMR proficiency#J-18808-Ljbffr
