Job Category:NursingPosition Type:Full TimeYears of Experience:Min 2 yearsJob Description:As aRegistered Nursein theEndoscopy UnitatAman Hospital , you will play a crucial role in assisting with endoscopic procedures, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to provide excellent care.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation, performance, and monitoring of endoscopic procedures.Ensure the patient’s comfort and well-being throughout the procedure.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Provide education to patients regarding endoscopy procedures and post-procedure care.Monitor vital signs and assist in patient recovery post-procedure.Sterilize and manage endoscopy equipment, ensuring all infection control protocols are followed.Collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare staff to deliver comprehensive care.Provide patient assessments and assist with pre-procedure evaluations.Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.At least 2 years of clinical experience in Endoscopy or relevant nursing specialties.Valid Nursing License in Qatar or eligibility to obtain a license with the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP).Strong knowledge of endoscopy procedures, equipment, and patient care practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
