Registered Nurse - DHA Eligibility

<div><p>We are seeking a<b>dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse</b>to join our healthcare teams across<b>Academic Health and other operational divisions</b>in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support clinical operations, and contribute to patient safety, education, and overall service excellence in line with regulatory and organizational standards.</p><p>This role may involve deployment across<b>clinical sites, academic health settings, and company-operated healthcare facilities</b>, depending on operational needs.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with approved clinical guidelines and policies</li><li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans</li><li>Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate medical team</li><li>Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li><li>Support infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives</li><li>Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams</li><li>Support academic, training, or clinical activities as required by the assigned division</li><li>Ensure compliance with<b>Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi</b>regulations and company standards</li></ul><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent</li><li>Valid<b>DHA Registration</b>– to be converted to DOH</li><li>Minimum<b>2 years of clinical nursing experience</b>(hospital, clinic, or academic health setting preferred)</li><li>Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Willingness to work across different divisions and clinical environments as required</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Exposure to multiple specialties (medical-surgical, outpatient, community health, etc.)</li><li>Experience working in the UAE healthcare system</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Opportunity to work across diverse healthcare settings</li><li>Professional development and continuous learning opportunities</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li><li>Career growth within a multi-division healthcare organization</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
