Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare teams across Academic Health and other operational divisions in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support clinical operations, and contribute to patient safety, education, and overall service excellence in line with regulatory and organizational standards.This role may involve deployment across clinical sites, academic health settings, and company-operated healthcare facilities, depending on operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with approved clinical guidelines and policiesAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plansMonitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate medical teamAdminister medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribedMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationSupport infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiativesEducate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive careCollaborate with physicians, educators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teamsSupport academic, training, or clinical activities as required by the assigned divisionEnsure compliance with Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi regulations and company standardsQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalentValid DHA Registration – to be converted to DOHMinimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital, clinic, or academic health setting preferred)Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamWillingness to work across different divisions and clinical environments as requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)Preferred ExperienceExposure to multiple specialties (medical-surgical, outpatient, community health, etc.)Experience working in the UAE healthcare systemWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work across diverse healthcare settingsProfessional development and continuous learning opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentCareer growth within a multi-division healthcare organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
