OverviewFounded in 1992, ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in developing and manufacturing major high-tech equipment in the areas of engineering industry and agricultural industry.ZOOMLION is seeking for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER for Abu Dhabi Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing sales leads to drive revenue growth for the company. Additionally, they will play a key role in developing, executing, and assessing the sales strategy. Strong management and coaching abilities are essential to foster the learning and development of the sales team.ResponsibilitiesDrive regional business objectives by identifying and developing potential clients within the assigned region, while enhancing business growth.Lead a marketing team focused on lead generation and conversion, ensuring the team consistently meets monthly targets.Oversee the execution of regional and market strategies to achieve sales and profit goals, while closely monitoring business performance within the region.Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve regional sales targets.Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients, maintain relationships, and proactively assess client needs while promoting the company’s portfolio.Engage in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure alignment with regional business goals.Effectively manage and mentor a team, providing guidance to achieve departmental objectives.RequirementsExperience: 5-10 years overall, with at least 3-4 years in equipment sales and 1-2 years in team managementIndustry Preference: Experience in Engineering Machinery/Heavy Equipment Machinery (Mobile Crane, Tower Crane, and Concrete) is preferred, with familiarity in the MENA regionJoin ZOOMLION in transforming the landscape of high-end equipment manufacturing and advance your career in a role that blends innovation with flexibility.
