Their platform is trusted by government and enterprise customers across the Middle East and globally to modernize surveillance and enable data-driven decision-making.They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Riyadh to lead growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region, managing both direct sales and partner-led channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic, consultative seller with a deep understanding of the regional landscape and a track record of closing complex deals in security or AI-related technologies.Responsibilities:Drive enterprise sales of AI-based video analytics and security solutionsExceed annual revenue targets through new business and account expansionBuild and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and territory strategyAccurately forecast performance and maintain strong sales disciplineDevelop and maintain strong customer and partner relationshipsWork closely with integrators, resellers, and channel partners to drive adoptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical and operational needsRequirements:8+ years of B2B tech sales experience (video analytics/security preferred)Strong knowledge of cloud/video security, networking, and infrastructureExperience managing a regional territory in Saudi Arabia or the GCCProven success in both direct and partner/channel salesSkilled in negotiation, forecasting, and value-based sellingExcellent communication and presentation skillsFluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferredRelevant academic degreeHigh integrity, discipline, and a collaborative mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
