FMCG | Saudisation Initiative | Saudi ArabiaA leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager – Western Region to lead commercial performance and sales execution across the West of Saudi Arabia, covering key markets including Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif, Yanbu and surrounding areas.This role is part of a Saudisation initiative and is open to Saudis only.To lead regional sales strategy and execution to deliver profitable growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and ensure high-performing field sales operations across the Western Region. The role will manage regional sales teams, drive distribution effectiveness, and maintain strong cross-functional alignment to achieve business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales plans in alignment with overall business strategy and growth targetsOwn regional sales target achievement and profitability, ensuring disciplined forecasting and performance trackingLead, coach, and develop the regional sales organisation, including KPI deployment, performance management, and succession planningDrive distribution efficiency and service model effectiveness to improve availability, execution quality, and customer satisfactionEstablish a structured operating cadence (daily/weekly/monthly reviews) to track progress, address challenges, and drive corrective actionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across the Western Region; support negotiations and issue resolutionMonitor competitor activity (pricing, stock levels, promotions) and translate insights into actionable commercial recommendationsEnsure timely and accurate reporting, including weekly and monthly performance updatesCollaborate closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Excellence and HR to deliver regional objectivesSkillsCandidate ProfileSaudi Nationals (mandatory – Saudisation requirement)Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related disciplineProven FMCG sales leadership experience with responsibility for targets at area/region levelStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated capability in negotiation, problem‐solving, and customer managementStrong analytical skills (forecasting, performance analysis; exposure to cannibalisation/regression analysis is advantageous)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with ERP systemsArabic and strong English communication skillsAbility to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
