You are responsible for driving sales of spare parts, services, and projects for cement customers, securing budget targets, and leading customer negotiations to maximize revenue and margins. Working closely with internal teams, you ensure disciplined follow-up, strong customer relationships, and delivery of proposals and orders as agreed.Your ResponsibilitiesOwn overall responsibility for assigned countries, including sales budget targetsAct as the single point of entry for all customer requestsCollaborate daily with internal stakeholders to align on cases, strategies, and customer challengesFollow up on proposals with structured and disciplined customer engagementLead and conclude customer negotiationsDecide on payment terms and take firm action in cases of delayed or overdue paymentsManage CRM activities and maintain accurate sales recordsPrepare and manage monthly service lettersCollect overdue payments in coordination with internal teamsDefine and apply pricing guidelinesAnalyze market conditions, including competition, customer behavior, and local setupsUnderstand customer organizations, approval workflows, and key decision-makersDrive and manage sales campaigns within the assigned territoryCoordinate with Capital Sales for customer needs outside the service portfolioYou bringStrong commercial understanding with proven sales experienceAbility to translate customer technical and commercial needs into clear solutionsStrong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skillsAbility to track, measure, and analyze KPIs and ROIStructured, organized mindset with strong problem-solving skillsB.S. degree in Mechanical or Electronic EngineeringMinimum 5 years of experience in the cement industrySolid knowledge of cement process equipment, spare parts, and servicesProactive approach with strong communication and presentation skills in EnglishWillingness to travel up to 50% of the timePreferred residence: Thailand, Indonesia, or the PhilippinesTerritory covering selected cement accounts across APACDirect market experience in APAC cement and industrial plants is an advantageAs an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
