<div><p>European FMCG Giant | Jeddah, KSA | Scaling phase</p><p>If you’ve built distribution, grown a region, and can lead a sales team with real discipline (targets, coverage, forecasting, weekly cadence) this one’s for you.</p><p>We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager for a European FMCG giant scaling up in Jeddah. This is a hands‑on leadership role: you’ll own the regional plan, drive sell‑in/sell‑out through an efficient distributor network, and lead a team of supervisors/executives to hit volume + profitability targets.</p><h3>What you’ll be doing</h3><ul><li>Build the regional sales strategy and turn it into a weekly execution plan across your territory</li><li>Manage and optimise the distribution network (coverage, routes, outlets, availability, pricing discipline)</li><li>Lead the regional sales team: clear KPIs, coaching, field direction, performance management</li><li>Run the operating rhythm: daily/weekly/monthly reviews, pipeline of actions, blockers, next steps</li><li>Track competitors closely (stock, pricing, promotions, activity) and feed market intel back into the plan</li><li>Own reporting and analysis: forecasting, regression‑style trend analysis, cannibalisation impacts, target tracking</li><li>Partner with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Excellence and HR to remove friction and scale performance</li><li>Build and protect key customer relationships across the region</li></ul><h3>What they’re looking for</h3><ul><li>3+ years’ experience in an Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales role with real target ownership</li><li>Strong preference for commodity frozen category exposure (or adjacent FMCG categories with similar dynamics)</li><li>Commercial maturity: negotiation, problem‑solving, and calm execution under pressure</li><li>Strong organisation + communication (you can lead meetings that actually produce actions)</li><li>Advanced Excel / Microsoft Suite; comfortable with weekly/monthly reporting</li><li>ERP familiarity</li><li>Arabic speaker with good English</li></ul><h3>Keywords</h3><p>Regional Sales Manager, European FMCG giant scaling in Jeddah; regional sales strategy and execution, distributor network optimisation, sell‑in/sell‑out growth, channel performance, volume and profitability targets, KPI design and deployment, team leadership (supervisors/executives), coaching and succession, customer relationship management, competitor stock/price intelligence, daily/weekly/monthly cadence reviews, forecasting, regression/trend analysis, cannibalisation analysis, advanced Excel/Microsoft Suite reporting, ERP exposure, cross‑functional coordination with trade marketing/logistics/finance/sales excellence/HR, Arabic native with strong English, frozen commodity FMCG preferred, negotiation and problem‑solving, organised, detail‑driven, performs under pressure.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
