Trusted globally, our flexible and intelligent packaging solutions empower top-tier brands in the FMCG world.JOB DESCRIPTION: Regional Sales ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesBased in Dubai, lead business development across the Middle East and Africa regions.Identify and acquire new clients in the FMCG sector, especially food and home care manufacturers requiring high-performance packaging equipment.Develop and execute strategic sales plans for packaging machinery and production line solutions in the assigned territory.Manage day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, including coordination with headquarters.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, after-sales, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.Attend major industry exhibitions and regional trade shows as a brand representative.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Packaging, or abusiness-related field.515 years of relative experience in equipment/project sales, preferably in packaging equipment, food processing, or automation machinery in MENA regions.Proven ability to drive results and manage B2B client relationships across diverse cultures, with customers reference list.Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.Willingness to travel across the MENA region as required.Must be Indian.What We OfferCompetitive base salary with performance-based commission.Career development in a fast-growing international business.Opportunities to work with some of the world’s leading FMCG companies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
