INDUSTRY - FMCG / FOOD MANUFACTURING / BAKERY & CONFECTIONERYCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSSalary: SAR 12,500 (without KSA experience) - LKR 1+ MillionSalary: SAR 12,500 – 15,000 (with KSA experience)- LKR 1+ Million - 12+ MillionCommissions/Performance-based incentivesLong-term growth and career progression within a leading FMCG groupCOMPANY OVERVIEWA leading FMCG food manufacturing group in Saudi Arabia, part of a large and well-established regional industrial conglomerate operating across the Gulf and Middle East.The company is known for international quality standards, state-of-the-art production facilities, and a strong retail distribution network delivering bakery and confectionery products to thousands of retail outlets daily across KSA.As part of rapid expansion, the organization is strengthening its retail sales leadership team across Saudi Arabia.ROLE PURPOSEThe Regional Sales Manager will lead and drive regional retail sales operations, ensuring revenue growth, market expansion, customer satisfaction, and strong execution across routes, depots, and sales teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSALES & BUSINESS GROWTHManage regional sales forecasting and set aggressive yet achievable performance targetsDrive sales growth through effective retail penetration and client base expansionMeet and negotiate with key retail customers and strategic accountsSupport and coach sales teams to close high-value dealsSALES OPERATIONS & REPORTINGPrepare periodic sales reports covering volumes, trends, growth opportunities, and risksAnalyze regional sales performance against targets and budgetsControl and optimize retail sales expenditures to meet budget requirementsCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTReduce customer complaints and maintain the highest level of customer satisfactionStrengthen long‑term relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partnersINTERNAL COORDINATIONCoordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate delivery schedulesManage sales contracts and proposals in compliance with company policiesLiaise with ICT teams regarding handheld devices (HHT), system updates, databases, and reportingROUTE, DEPOT & FIELD MANAGEMENTPlan, optimize, and manage retail sales routes (creation, merging, and closure of unprofitable routes)Supervise depots and retail outlets within the regionConduct regular site visits and performance evaluationsEnsure compliance with company standards across operationsMonitor cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in line with company policiesEnsure disciplined execution of retail operations and field activitiesIDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILEBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field5–6 years of experience as an Area Sales ManagerFMCG / Bakery industry experience strongly preferredPrior KSA market experience is highly preferredStrong knowledge of retail sales strategies and route‑to‑market executionExpertise in sales tools, forecasting, and performance analysisStrong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
