This role requires a strategic, consultative sales leader who can develop trusted relationships, drive adoption of AI-based video solutions, and consistently exceed revenue targets in a competitive landscape.ResponsibilitiesDrive consultative sales of Video Analytics, AI, and security solutionsMeet and exceed annual sales targets across the Middle East regionBuild and maintain a robust pipeline and territory strategyAccurately forecast sales performance and maintain disciplined sales cadencesIdentify, engage, and convert strategic accounts across government and enterpriseManage channel and distribution partners to extend market reachLead customer success initiatives to support renewals and upsellsCollaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver resultsRequirements8+ years of enterprise tech sales experience (preferably in Video Analytics, Physical Security, or AI-driven platforms)Strong understanding of video/cloud security, networking, and server infrastructureProven success managing a regional Middle East territory (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)Experience selling both directly and through resellers/integratorsSkilled negotiator with ability to present and communicate value clearlyFluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plusRelevant university degreeHigh integrity, disciplined, and resilient team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
