<div><h3>Overview</h3><p>We are pleased to announce two exciting career opportunities within our organization:</p><p><b>Regional Projects Manager – Riyadh</b></p><h3>Role Description</h3><p><b>We are seeking two dynamic and versatile Project Managers to take full ownership of our diverse portfolio in Riyadh and Jeddah.</b></p><p><b>This is not a desk job. We need hands-on leaders comfortable on-site, making technical decisions, and personally managing resources. You will be the single point of accountability for the performance of our projects in your respective region.</b></p><h3>The Ideal Candidate</h3><p><b>A Civil Engineer (SCE registered) with 8–12 years of experience across the construction and energy sectors. You bring proven hands-on management experience in at least three of these fields:</b></p><ul><li>Buildings</li><li>Roads</li><li>Infrastructure</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities (The Core Focus)</h3><ul><li>On-Site Leadership: Personally oversee projects across your region, dividing time between active sites to ensure technical integrity and progress.</li><li>Full Accountability: Own the schedule, budget, and quality. Make on-site decisions to keep projects on track and report directly to senior management on financials.</li><li>Technical Coordination: Review engineering plans, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with the engineering department on value engineering.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary client and consultant contact. Handle negotiations and ensure compliance with municipal regulations.</li><li>Team Development: Lead Site Engineers and subcontractors, actively participating in Saudization goals by mentoring Saudi talent.</li></ul><h3>Mandatory Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Registration: Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).</li><li>Experience: 8-12 years, with proven experience managing government projects in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with Riyadh or Jeddah municipality procedures is highly preferred.</li><li>Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>PMP Certification.</li><li>Experience with international consultants on knowledge-transfer programs.</li><li>Existing relationships with local government entities.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
