Job Description – Regional Product Manager (REG000105)Job Number: REG000105ResponsibilitiesSets sales, margin and product targets along with the Finance Department on the company and store levelPlan, direct and coordinate product, space and sales activities aiming at maximizing sales and gross margin within the storesMaintain purchases within budget in order to maintain a healthy stock rotation, with minimal write-offsRecruit and train the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the companyRecommends addition/removal of product categories to be sold in the store and inspect merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced, properly displayed and timely releasedAnalyze overall market trends in order to formulate the buying decisions of the department and to identify new opportunities and new target marketsPlan and organises events, prepares promotions, sales and special offers for the brand, in coordination with the Marketing department and the suppliers and attend trade shows to stay up to date with product line upsResponds to market conditions like supply shortages, price changes, product lifecycle, model changes and business practices of competitorsManage new and existing supplier relationships and conducts regular business reviews and negotiation with suppliers to ensure the alignment of business targetsDevelops, implements and monitor brand’s specific policies and procedures to ensure high quality standards for sales, after-sales, rotation and lossQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration; MBA is a plus8 years of experience in multibrands retailFluency in English; Arabic is a plusProficiency in MS OfficeCommercial Understanding: level 3Customer Focus: level 4Decision Making: level 3Developing and Motivating Others: level 4#J-18808-Ljbffr
