Regional Product Line Manager

We're hiring a Regional Product Line Manager to drive sales growth, build brand awareness and shape regional strategy for the Hi-Kalibre (HKE) product line — a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high pressure drill stem valves and actuators.This role combines strategic business development with disciplined execution. You will actively build pipeline, close deals, and enhance end-user relationships, while serving as the commercial bridge between IRE and Hi-Kalibre. Your impact will extend beyond sales execution into market intelligence, territory planning, and long‑term value creation.If you're equally comfortable hunting new opportunities and influencing regional direction, this role is built for you.What You’ll DoDrive New Business. Generate, develop and convert qualified opportunities across the region, expanding market share and maintaining a balanced account mix. Negotiate deals that align customer needs with IRE and Hi-Kalibre's shared objectives.Pipeline Management. Manage deals through the pipeline from lead generation through to order closure, ensuring timely follow ups, deal prioritisation and deal progression.Build Strategic Relationships. Develop multi-level relationships with customers to gain insights into their buying process, preferences and objections. Understand their pain points effectively and offer solutions that solve them.Gather Market Intelligence. Gain valuable insights from the market on customer trends, product feedback, pricing competitiveness, and competitor activity. Deliver structured feedback to IRE & Hi-Kalibre's sales leadership in order to guide regional decisions.Strategic Alignment. Contribute to strategic planning sessions, key account analysis and pipeline review meetings. Re-align activities towards strategic goals on a regular basis.Increase Brand Awareness. Conduct regular sales trips, participate in trade shows and maintain an active digital marketing presence to help strengthen brand visibility.Disciplined Execution. Ensure CRM accuracy, timely reporting, KPI tracking, and compliance with ethical and company standards.RequirementsWhat makes you a fit:5+ years' experience in oilfield equipment, drilling tools, or related technical sectorsProven success in business development and closing complex commercial dealsStrong regional account management experience with international exposureConfident negotiator in competitive environmentsComfortable operating in a matrix reporting structure (local employer + international principal)Arabic strongly preferred; English fluency requiredStrong technical aptitude and ability to present complex product linesHigh personal accountability, organisation, and disciplineValid UAE driver's license, willingness and ability to travel extensively across the regionWhy join us?Commercial ownership.
