Give them the freedom to think big and execute fast.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>As Principal of International Schools, you are effectively the General Manager for 4-5 American curriculum campuses in Riyadh.</p><p>You own the planning, implementation, and performance of the schools.</p><p>You will spend most of your time developing people, driving curriculum improvement, and solving operational problems across multiple sites.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage a cluster of K-12 American curriculum campuses</li><li>Directly manage teachers, including performance appraisal and professional development</li><li>Own student outcomes across your schools, including academic results, engagement, and retention</li><li>Drive curriculum implementation and continuous improvement aligned with Common Core Standards (CCS) and Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS)</li><li>Monitor academic performance through data analysis, classroom observations, and assessments</li><li>Lead and maintain Cognia accreditation processes across your schools</li><li>Run daily operations across staffing, scheduling, compliance, and parent communications</li><li>Build a consistent, high-performance culture across every campus</li><li>Represent Noon to parents, staff, and external stakeholders</li><li>Share on-the-ground insight with the central team to improve how we build and run schools</li></ul><h3>What we’re looking for</h3><ul><li>5+ years of leadership experience in an American curriculum international school, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Common Core Standards, NGSS, and American K-12 frameworks</li><li>Experience leading or contributing to Cognia accreditation processes</li><li>Track record of managing teams, driving professional development, and delivering measurable academic outcomes</li><li>Ability to use data, classroom observation, and appraisal systems to improve teaching quality</li><li>Strong operator, able to hold standards and manage operations across multiple locations</li><li>Native or near-native English fluency</li><li>Master's degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred</li><li>High ownership and comfort making decisions without waiting for direction</li><li>Comfortable with the pace and ambiguity of a scaling organization</li></ul><h3>What you’ll get</h3><p>In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer:</p><ul><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)</li><li>Performance-based bonus</li><li>21 days of annual leave</li><li>Full premium Medical coverage, including Family Dependent</li></ul><h3>Why work at Noon?</h3><ul><li><b>Solving the Biggest Problem in Education:</b>We’re addressing the most important and challenging issue in the sector—scaling star teachers and making learning fun.</li><li><b>Innovation at a Global Scale:</b>Noon leads in edtech innovation; we are not a copycat.
