Recognized by Forbes ME and leading regional institutions, COFE continues to expand its regional footprint while redefining how coffee is discovered, ordered, and experienced.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Operational Manager to oversee our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with deep F&B industry experience, a robust network within the sector, and preferably, a background in sales within F&B SaaS solutions. This leadership role will be critical in driving operational excellence, strengthening our market position, and ensuring the seamless execution of our strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily business operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes across all functions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, finance, sales, and marketing) to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with COFE’s mission and vision.Work closely with the executive team to drive business growth and ensure alignment with the overall company strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with key F&B brands across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.Leverage your network and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and enhance client engagement.Provide oversight and strategic direction for the sales of our F&B SaaS solutions, including COFE Cloud.Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies, optimize sales processes, and drive revenue growth.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable business growth.Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality or innovation.Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.Mentor and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Promote a collaborative and transparent work environment to drive employee engagement and professional growth.QualificationsNationality: Must be a Saudi national.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
