Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll doSHOT is building one of the region’s most loved café brands inside the noon Minutes ecosystem — with a relentless focus on beverage quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence.In this role, you will be responsible for owning the performance of a full region — combining commercial leadership, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of local café culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to manage teams, drive growth, and ensure that every café in the region delivers outstanding customer experience.Your key responsibilities will be as follows:Understanding local coffee and café culture and aligning SHOT’s offering to regional preferencesOwning regional business performance from a commercial and operational point of viewHandling regional marketing activations, campaigns, partnerships, and new product launchesManaging area supervisors, baristas, and on-ground teams across the regionDriving regional revenue growth, customer experience, and quality standardsMonitoring core metrics such as ratings, refunds, repeat rates, and operational complianceOverseeing HR aspects such as staffing, disciplinary matters, and general team managementCoordinating closely with central teams (marketing, supply, NPD) to execute regional plansTaking ownership of any other responsibilities required to make the region successfulWhat you'll need5–9+ years of experience in café operations, regional management, retail expansion, or F&B multi-site leadershipPrior experience managing large on-ground teams is preferredStrong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L driversStrong knowledge of café and beverage cultureProven ability to run operations at scale across multiple locationsExcellent communication and leadership skills; fluency in English requiredHands-on operator mindset with willingness to spend significant time in storesAbility to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environmentsWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.We need people with the courage to be fiercely original.noon is not for everyone; readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn is essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
