This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy, brand growth, and consumer engagement across the Middle East & Africa region.What You’ll be Doing…Lead the development and execution of the MEA marketing strategy in alignment with global objectives.Oversee brand management, portfolio strategy, innovation, and go-to-market plans across multiple categories.Drive consumer insights and market intelligence to inform brand positioning and strategy.Manage and optimise regional marketing budgets to deliver high ROI.Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing marketing teams across the region.Partner cross-functionally with sales, trade marketing, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies, and retail partners to enhance brand visibility and performance.Champion digital transformation and integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen consumer engagement.Who You Are…Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).12+ years’ marketing experience within the FMCG sector, including regional exposure across MEA.Proven track record in leading successful brand strategies and driving growth in competitive markets.Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multi-market teams.Expertise in consumer insights, innovation management, and integrated campaign execution.Commercially astute with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Due to the large number of applications we receive, we can only respond to candidates who have been shortlisted for the position.
