Growth Strategy&Business Leadership</p><ul><li>Develop and execute a growth-centric regional business strategy focused on rapid acquisition and market scale-up.</li><li>Own the end-to-end P&L, with accountability for top‑line growth, cost optimization, and profitability.</li><li>Identify and evaluate new market entry strategies, partnerships, and business models to accelerate user and revenue growth.</li><li>Drive operational efficiency with scalable processes across supply chain, logistics, channel mix, and customer service.</li></ul><p>2. Marketing, Branding&Consumer Acquisition</p><ul><li>Spearhead regional brand positioning and performance marketing efforts to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention.</li><li>This includes a sharp focus on customer acquisition, retention, and data‑driven growth experimentation.</li><li>Localize global campaigns with cultural, linguistic, and demographic relevance for the Middle East.</li><li>Leverage consumer insights, digital analytics, and A/B testing to refine product‑market fit and messaging.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and performance alignment across all customer touchpoints (online and offline).</li><li>Build, manage, and optimize retail, e‑commerce, distributor, and third‑party sales channels across the region.</li><li>Prioritize scalable acquisition‑led channels to maximize reach and revenue impact.</li><li>Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and key accounts that unlock new user segments.</li><li>Design localized pricing, assortment, and promotion strategies to support growth KPIs.</li><li>Build and lead a high‑performing, growth‑focused cross‑functional team across Sales, Marketing, Ops, and CX.</li><li>Foster a strong culture of ownership, experimentation, and innovation across regional teams.</li><li>Coach and mentor team members to take ownership of growth goals, and develop succession plans for critical roles.</li></ul><p>5. Reporting&Stakeholder Communication</p><ul><li>Provide growth dashboards, forecasts, and business insights to global leadership and investors.</li><li>Act as a regional thought leader, representing the business in media, industry forums, and executive summits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all legal, governance, and reporting standards across operating markets.</li></ul><h3>Candidate Requirements:</h3><ul><li>12–14 years of progressive experience in business leadership roles, preferably within FMCG, Retail, or D2C brands.</li><li>Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership and scaling a business in the Middle East or similar emerging markets.</li><li>Strong background in growth marketing, performance channels, and consumer acquisition.</li><li>Experience leading high‑growth business units or startup ventures, ideally within a PE/VC backed environment.</li><li>Experience in growth leadership roles with direct accountability for acquisition metrics will be highly valued.</li><li>Deep understanding of market dynamics across GCC (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain).</li><li>Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with a founder‑like, data‑led mindset.</li><li>High cultural sensitivity and ability to operate across diverse, multicultural teams and markets.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>MBA or equivalent from a top‑tier business school is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience launching or scaling D2C/omnichannel models in global markets.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
