Regional Analyst

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will join Shared Service Unit with responsibility for financial analysis of facilities cost for CH2M HILL offices in MENA & India region.ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and analyzing financial data of the regionParticipation in budgeting and forecasting for the region, collating and analyzing monthly variance explanations from office managers and coordinating with the Accounting DepartmentCollecting headcount data for MENA & India, day‑to‑day support of the Geographic Facilities Operations Manager (GFOM), follow up with the region on corrections and preparation of ad hoc reports.Assists GFOM and FO leads with Budget Management, Operational services and Planning activities. May provide work leadership for lower level employees as assigned by GFOM.Ability to successfully handle multiple, concurrent priorities and other Admin related duties as needed.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Finance/AccountingMinimum 5 years of relevant experience with international exposureExcellent command of English and communication skillsUnderstanding of US GAAP or IFRSProficiency in MS Excel (incl. Pivot tables and Lookup functions)Working knowledge of Oracle Financials and SAP BPC or similarVery good technical skills (MS Access and Data Warehouse, experience would be an asset)Respect for cultural diversity in organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
