With 7,000 employees across 65 countries, Trend Micro enables organizations to simplify and secure their connected world.Position OverviewThe Regional Account Manager (RAM) for Saudi Arabia will focus on proactively building new clients and growing assigned territories by working closely with our Technical, Channel Partner and Marketing team to formulate selling strategies and campaigns, building trusted relationships with customers and their senior representatives. The Regional Account Manager is accountable for achieving and overachieving sales target to contribute to the sales performance of the assigned region. The Regional Account Manager is the trusted advisor of Trend Micro, articulating and promoting the company’s value proposition and services to customers.Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify and proactively target prospects and existing clients to drive the adoption of Trend Micro technologies and servicesIncrease market share in the defined territory by developing market strategies for each product and serviceKnow the assigned territory, connect with CIO/CISO to create and grow opportunitiesWork with relevant stakeholders (Pre‑Sales, Marketing and Sales Head) to present the right value proposition to Channel CEOs and associated sales and technical teamsAchieve revenue goals per quarter in line with BU goalsDevelop relationships with our ecosystem of alliances or technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, VMware, Google)Knowledge of security frameworks like Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR and security platforms like SIEM and SOAR is advantageousDocument and maintain all account information in Salesforce to facilitate opportunity management, accurate revenue forecasting, and account planningCommunicate relevant information to stakeholders to facilitate decision makingBuild and maintain client contacts and relationships by understanding client’s business and requirementsConsult customers on cyber security initiatives and drive engagement from demos to post‑implementation supportLead and support any client meetings/callsHold and participate in account review meetings to discuss customer experience, service performance, client feedback and possible future opportunities for CVPExperienceMinimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably some years in the security industryAccount Management certification such as SPIN or TAS would be highly regardedSales-based certificationsSecurity certificationsExposure to both end‑customer environments and channelsSelling value to CIOs, and complex multiple‑customer scenarios showcasing technical and sales expertiseProven account management experience in the commercial sectorKnowledge of competition, new cybersecurity technologies, upcoming trends (Cloud, Digital Transformation, IIoT, industry etc), country regulations that affect target marketsMust have a growth‑oriented mindset and experience working in a collaborative environmentCollaborative across various functions such as technical, marketing, channel, to ensure customer success at all levelsAbility to network, create and build strong relationships with senior executivesExcel in presenting business value proposition, solutions/benefits of complex technology in easy‑to‑understand business languageTrend Micro strives to build an environment of equity and inclusion, which reflects diverse points of view.
