Job Description Your field of responsibility Reference Data is responsible for sourcing and maintaining Client referential data for the Investment Bank across all lines of business. This role is responsible for managing the offshore team and production processes, servicing internal partners addressing critical issues and problem solving including controls associated with Client account set ups and the ongoing maintenance of these client and internal accounts in accordance with CS policies and industry regulations. Additionally Reference Data supports all firm initiatives and projects as well as identifying ways of improving processes, eliminating non-value added tasks, crafting efficiencies and understanding the importance of data governance and data integrity. - Managing the offshore team and production processes - Servicing internal partners addressing critical issues and problem solving - Controls associated with Client account set ups and ongoing maintenance - Supporting firm initiatives and projects - Identifying ways to improve processes and efficiencies - Understanding the importance of data governance and data integrity There is a high level of complexity to the Reference Data account processes applying many different systems, supporting all lines of business and products in the Investment Banking division. People management, attention to detail, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities is essential. Qualification Required: - Degree qualification - ideally in Banking, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or Engineering - Proficient English and effective communication with internal clients (verbal & written) - Proficient in use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment demonstrating prioritization skills, analytical and problem-solving skills - Proactive Team leader/manager with customer service focus - Control Orientation should have an appreciation of the importance of segregation of duties and the need to maintain data integrity of static data - Knowledge of Industry regulations such as KYC and Client Onboarding functions will be an added advantage - Project management experience will be an added advantage - Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives Your new employer, Credit Suisse, offers you the ideal environment to progress your career, attractive benefits, and excellent training.
