Job Title: Recruitment SpecialistLocation: Sharjah, UAEJob Type: Full-TimeReport To: HR ManagerVacancies: 1About the RoleWe are a rapidly expanding logistics and distribution company headquartered in Sharjah, specializing in e-commerce, construction materials, and daily goods delivery across the UAE. As we grow our fleet and warehouse teams, we are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Recruitment Specialist to handle end‑to‑end hiring for drivers, warehouse staff, loaders, and support roles. This is a key position that will directly impact our operational growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full‑cycle recruitment for blue‑collar and mid‑level positions (Light/Heavy Truck Drivers, Warehouse Assistants, Logistics Coordinators, etc.);Post job ads on jobsaisle.com, LinkedIn, JobsAisle, JobsAisle, WhatsApp groups, and local recruitment channels;Source candidates through databases, social media, employee referrals, and walk‑ins;Screen CVs, conduct phone/video interviews, arrange in‑person interviews and driving tests;Coordinate with hiring managers for final selection and offer letters;Handle UAE visa processes (new visas, transfers, medicals, Emirates ID, labor card);Maintain accurate recruitment tracker, ATS system, and monthly hiring reports;Build and maintain a strong pipeline of drivers and logistics talent;Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and Ministry of Human Resources guidelines;Support HR team with onboarding, employee engagement activities, and ad‑hoc HR tasks.SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE (logistics, transportation, construction, or manpower supply background is highly preferred);Proven success in hiring Light/Heavy Truck Drivers and warehouse staff in large volumes;Strong knowledge of UAE visa sponsorship, labor regulations, and work permit processes;Excellent command of English (spoken & written); Arabic is a strong advantage; Mandarin/Cantonese speakers will be prioritized;Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, JobsAisle ATS, and recruitment portals;Ability to handle high volume of applications and meet strict hiring deadlines;Immediate joiner or available within 30 days preferred; valid UAE work visa#J-18808-Ljbffr
