Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across assigned industries (Healthcare Real Estate/Construction Hospitality).Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates using job portals social channels and internal databases.Coordinate interviews follow-ups salary discussions and offer closures.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.Partner closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and deliver weekly recruitment reports.Ensure a smooth professional and timely candidate experience.Stay updated on UAE labor market trends and industry-specific hiring patterns.Requirements 1-2 Years of recruitment experience in the UAE (agency experience preferred). Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.Familiarity with UAE visa processes and recruitment compliance is a plus.Prior experience hiring for Healthcare Construction or Hospitality roles is an advantage.Salary Incentives and other benefits asper UAE labor law.
