Details : Position : Recruitment Officer Duration : 3 Months (Extendable) Location : Lusail Head Office 6 Days & 9 Hours Requirements : Minimum 7+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors Proven ability to handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments Experience in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and shortlisting qualified candidates Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles Skilled in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future needs Strong interviewing, screening, and evaluation skills Commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
