This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, while making a significant contribution to building a diverse and high-performing workforce.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.</li><li>Collaboratively identify and understand departmental staffing needs and requirements.</li><li>Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of potential candidates for open positions.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.</li><li>Manage job postings and maintain accurate recruitment databases and records.</li><li>Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with universities and recruitment agencies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all employment laws and recruitment best practices.</li><li>Provide guidance and training to managers on effective recruitment practices.</li><li>Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, making recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain diverse candidates.</li><li>Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events as a representative of the company.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar HR role.</li><li>Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate interactions.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases is preferred.</li><li>Commitment to diversity recruiting and building an inclusive work environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
