Recruitment Manager

My client, a leading property developer in Dubai is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager with a Civil Engineering background to join their team in Dubai.Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for developing a cohesive recruitment plan in order to minimize time/cost to recruit across multiple projects. Other responsibilities will include:Screening resumes and applicationsParticipate in the hiring and monitoring of staffProviding employee supervision and evaluationsCreating & maintaining personal files for staffProviding mediation services for employeesWorking with Recruitment AgenciesRecord keeping of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc.Overseeing the human resources department staff and handling all issues involving employee complaints or questionsManaging office health, safety and mental health and well‑being issuesHandling conflict & disciplinary situationsThe ideal candidate for this role will be university educated with a degree in Civil Engineering and a MBA (ideally with an HR focus).
