Job Description

Role PurposeThe Recruitment Innovation Intern (Data & AI Focus) is a strategic addition to the People Domain, designed to accelerate our transition toward a high-performance, tech-enabled recruitment engine. In this role, you will go beyond traditional database management to explore how AI, automation, and data intelligence can optimize our talent pipelines.You will be responsible for transforming our candidate ecosystem into a "Simply Brilliant" asset, improving the structure, searchability, and quality of our talent data.Key Responsibilities:Talent Intelligence Architecture: Audit and re-structure our candidate database (Zimyo/Internal Systems) to ensure all records are high-quality, accurately tagged, and instantly searchable.AI & Automation Exploration: Research and pilot practical AI tools (LLMs, automated screening, or data scraping) to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate matching.Data Integrity & Optimization: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, or outdated records to ensure our "Source of Truth" is lean and reliable.Process Engineering: Assist the Recruitment team in identifying manual bottlenecks and suggesting digital workflows or automation to streamline the candidate journey.Strategic Sourcing Campaigns: Support database "refresh" initiatives to map real-time candidate availability, ensuring our global talent pools are responsive and current.Operational Reporting: Help build structured datasets and simple visualizations that provide the Leadership Team with real-time visibility into pipeline health and recruitment reach.Preferred ProfileUniversity student or recent graduate in:Computer ScienceAI / Data ScienceManagement Information SystemsBusiness AnalyticsEngineeringor another relevant field"Innovation" Mindset: A natural curiosity for how technology can solve business problems and a drive to move from "activity" to "outcomes."Tech-Fluent: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace/Excel. Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) or advanced AI prompting is a major plus.Analytical Rigor: High attention to detail with an obsession for data accuracy and structured thinking.Interest in AI, automation, process improvement, and practical business applicationsCommunication: Ability to articulate technical process improvements to a non-technical recruitment team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
