We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist agency team in Dubai. This is a confidential hire: we’re currently delivering on multiple high-profile UAE government and defence-linked mandates, and we need an experienced agency recruiter who can operate with discretion, pace, and high standards.If you’ve already completed 12+ months in agency recruitment and want access to more serious, higher-stakes work (with proper process and support), this is worth a conversation.What you’ll be doingEnd-to-end delivery on confidential government and defence-related assignments (plus premium private sector mandates)Building shortlists for specialist and leadership roles with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and candidate experienceStructured screening, interview management, stakeholder coordination, and offer process supportProactive sourcing and market mapping (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals, direct outreach)Clear, consistent client updates and tight process control from brief to placementWhat we’re looking forMinimum 12 months’ agency recruitment experience (non-negotiable)Strong sourcing and headhunting capability; confident on the phone with candidatesDiscreet, professional, and trusted — comfortable handling sensitive searchesOrganised, responsive, and delivery-driven (you manage your desk like a business)Bonus (not essential): experience recruiting into government, defence, aviation/aerospace, security, or critical infrastructure environmentsWhat you can expectAccess to government and defence-linked mandates you won’t see in most agenciesA delivery-first culture: high standards, clear expectations, and support when you need itFast progression based on output and resultsCompetitive package (shared at interview stage)ConfidentialityThis is a confidential position.
