Job Description As an IT Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the full-cycle recruitment process with a focus on strategic talent acquisition and stakeholder management. Your strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and ability to deliver top talent in a competitive market will be key to your success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **End-to-End Recruitment:** You will be responsible for managing the complete hiring lifecycle, including requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Partner with technical hiring managers to define job requirements, skill sets, and sourcing strategies.
- **Strategic Sourcing:** Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, and Monster to identify qualified candidates.
- **Technical Screening:** Conduct initial interviews to assess technical competency (e.g., Java, Python, AWS) and cultural fit.
- **Offer Management:** Negotiate salaries, explain compensation packages, and manage counter-offers for successful closures.
- **Reporting & Data Management:** Maintain ATS and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and conversion ratios.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** You should have 24 years of experience in technical recruitment with a proven track record of hiring for IT roles like Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, or Data Analysts.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of IT terminologies, programming languages, and technology trends is essential.
- **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
- **Tools Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM tools, and professional networking platforms is expected.
- **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is necessary; certifications like SHRM-CP are preferred.
In addition to the above, experience in implementing inclusive recruitment practices for diversity hiring would be considered as optional specialized knowledge for this role.
