This role will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent—particularly within sales, administration, and leadership functions. As the sole recruitment lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s workforce and culture, ensuring we attract high-performing individuals aligned with our vision.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment processes across all roles (sales consultants, admin, finance, leadership, etc.)Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, headhunting)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, especially for sales rolesConduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidate suitabilityEmployer BrandingPosition Hassi Properties as an employer of choice within the Dubai real estate marketCreate compelling job postings and recruitment campaignsSupport social media hiring initiatives and recruitment marketing strategiesStakeholder ManagementWork closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesProvide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategiesCoordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and stakeholdersProcess & StrategyDevelop and implement efficient recruitment processes and workflowsTrack and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)Continuously improve hiring practices to ensure speed and qualityOnboarding SupportAssist with offer management and negotiationEnsure smooth onboarding experience for new hiresSupport HR documentation and compliance where requiredRequirementsExperience2–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments)Proven experience hiring high-volume sales roles is highly preferredExperience recruiting in the UAE/Dubai market is a strong advantageSkillsStrong sourcing and headhunting capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to assess talent quickly and effectivelyHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyAttributesResults-driven and target-orientedProactive and resourcefulStrong business acumenAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentPerformance-based incentives (per hire / quarterly targets)Visa and medical insuranceOpportunity to grow into HR Manager / Talent Lead role#J-18808-Ljbffr
