Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and attracting candidates:This involves posting job details, utilizing various platforms like online job boards and social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.Screening applications:Reviewing resumes, applications, and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.Conducting interviews:Organizing and participating in interviews, both in-person and virtual, to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Follow the Recruitment process:Ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from application to onboarding, including communication with candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.Collaborating with hiring managers:Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates on the recruitment process, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Maintaining recruitment records:Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.Ensuring compliance:Adhering to all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.Skills and Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Essential for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.Strong organizational and time management skills: Needed to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws: Ensures compliance and effectiveness.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
