Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for overseas projects across construction, MEP, logistics, hospitality, oil & gas, facility management and professional rolesCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, documentation and mobilizationConduct preliminary interviews and trade screening (where applicable)Maintain and update candidate databases and ATSCoordinate with clients, project managers and internal operations teams on manpower requirementsEnsure compliance with overseas recruitment regulations, visa processes and documentation standardsSupport bulk hiring drives, trade tests and client interviews (virtual and onsite)Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers and daily/weekly MISBuild and manage candidate pipelines across India, Asia, Africa and other sourcing regionsHandle candidate communication, follow-ups and onboarding coordinationRequirements & Qualifications15 years of experience in overseas recruitment / international staffingStrong sourcing skills for blue-collar and white-collar positionsKnowledge of Gulf recruitment processes, visa documentation and mobilization cyclesExcellent communication and coordination skillsAbility to work on tight deadlines and multiple requirements simultaneouslyProficiency in MS Office, ATS and recruitment platformsExperience working with bulk hiring, trade tests and project-based recruitment is a strong advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
