This role oversees the full spectrum of fitness programs, holistic movement sessions, spa operations, and guest activity experiences. The Recreation & Spa Manager ensures that every touchpoint reflects our wellness philosophy—delivering safe, engaging, and meaningful experiences that inspire transformation and elevate the guest journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a diverse recreation program, including fitness classes, holistic movement sessions, outdoor activities, and family offerings.Lead specialized sessions in personal training, resistance, cardio, mobility, stretching, and water-based activities, while designing new wellness experiences that blend movement, mindfulness, and relaxation.Oversee, mentor, and support the recreation, kids & youth club, and spa teams to ensure service excellence, professionalism, and guest engagement.Collaborate with Spa & Wellness leadership to integrate recreational activities into broader wellness programs and retreat offerings.Monitor guest participation and feedback to continuously evolve and elevate the recreation and spa experience.Ensure all facilities, equipment, and wellness spaces are maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation.Stay updated on global fitness, wellness, and movement trends to introduce innovative and enriching experiences.Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify revenue-generating opportunities.Support marketing and sales initiatives to promote wellness services, drive bookings, and achieve commercial targets.Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across spa and recreation operations.QualificationsProven experience in a managerial role within luxury resorts, wellness centers, or destination spas.Strong expertise in Muay Thai, Qigong, Tai Chi, or other holistic movement practices; certifications preferred.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to design and deliver holistic wellness programs tailored to diverse guest profiles.Passion for fitness, wellness, and exceptional guest service.First Aid/CPR certification strongly preferred.Multilingual abilities are an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
