Job Description
We are hiring a Records and Documentation Specialist to manage, organize, and maintain accurate documentation across our operations in the EU and MENA regions. This role is ideal for individuals who are highly detail-oriented, enjoy structured systems, and take pride in maintaining clean, compliant, and accessible records.In this position, you will ensure that all documents are properly recorded, stored, and easy to retrieve. Your work will support operational efficiency, compliance standards, and internal transparency by keeping documentation accurate, consistent, and audit-ready.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and organize digital records, files, and documentation systemsEnsure all documents are properly labeled, categorized, and storedReview records for accuracy, completeness, and consistencyApply standardized naming conventions and documentation formatsTrack document versions, updates, and retention statusRetrieve and provide documents for internal teams or auditsIdentify and correct misfiled or duplicate recordsSupport documentation workflows and process improvementsRequirementsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and file management skillsFamiliarity with document management or record-keeping systemsAbility to follow structured processes and compliance standardsComfortable working independently in a remote environmentBasic proficiency with spreadsheets and digital toolsPrevious experience in records management or administration is a plusDocument management systems and cloud storage (Google Drive, SharePoint)Spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)Internal tracking and documentation toolsCommunication platforms (email, chat, video meetings)Competitive compensationStructured onboarding and training supportOpportunities for career growth in administration and compliancePerformance-based incentivesSupportive and collaborative remote teamAccess to learning and development resourcesWhy JoinThis role provides valuable experience in records management, compliance, and documentation processes.
