Great emphasis is placed upon delivering a broad and balanced curriculum which ensures the children establish a solid foundation of knowledge, skills and understanding upon which they can build throughout their lives.Emirates British Nursery (EBN) is a part of GMG, which is a Top Nursery in Dubai Providing Quality Early Childhood Education Since 2000.The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the school.Core Responsibilities:Front Desk Operations:Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.Visitor Assistance:Provide information and assistance to visitors, guiding them to the appropriate locations within the school.Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.Communication Hub:Act as a central point for communication, receiving and relaying messages to relevant staff members.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Appointment Scheduling:Schedule appointments and meetings for school staff.Maintain and organize the reception area.Student Check-In/Check-Out:Assist with the check-in and check-out processes for students.Ensure proper documentation is completed for student arrivals and departures.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing.Assist with coordination of school events and activities.Maintaining Security:Monitor and control access to the school premises, ensuring the safety and security of students and staff.Follow established security procedures.Customer Service:Handle inquiries and requests from parents, students, and staff with a customer-focused approach.
