Job Description

Contract: 12 months (renewable and extendable)Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle EastRoleWe are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be based in our client's Dubai office. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming front-desk experience while providing essential administrative support to the office.ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest ManagementGreet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous mannerManage visitor sign-in and coordinate guest waiting and meeting arrangementsHandle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them appropriatelyMaintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area at all timesReception & Office SupportEnsure the reception desk and common areas are tidy, stocked, and presentableCoordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting setup when neededReceive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and courier packagesLiaise with office vendors and service providers as requiredAdministrative SupportAssist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, document management, and scanningSupport HR, Finance, and Admin teams with ad hoc administrative tasksMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders when requiredAssist with travel bookings or courier arrangements if neededSkills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Admin Assistant preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and positive, service-oriented attitudeExcellent organizational and time‑management skillsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and handle confidential information discreetlyFluent in English (Arabic or other language will be a plus)#J-18808-Ljbffr
