Job Description

Build positive relationships with guests to ensure a high level of satisfactionAddress guest requests complaints and feedback promptly and courteouslyFollow up with guests during their stay to ensure comfort and resolve issuesHandle special requests (VIP guests anniversaries birthdays special needs)Assist guests with travel arrangements transportation tours and local informationPromote hotel services facilities and ongoing offersGreet guests warmly on arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out processHandle room reservations cancellations and amendmentsAnswer phone calls emails and walk-in inquiries professionallyProcess payments billing and prepare invoicesMaintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management systemQualifications :  Are you the right fit The Suitable TalentExperience as a Receptionist / Guest Relations Agent Front Office Representative or similar role preferred but not required.0-2 years related experience or training preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and conflict-handling abilitiesAbility to multitask and work under pressureKnowledge of hotel PMS systems (e.g. Opera Fidelio)Customer-focused attitude and cultural sensitivityAdditional foreign language is an asset (Russian and German Speaking). Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Customer Service,Hotel Experience,Taleo,Hospitality Experience,Cashiering,Food Safety Experience,Guest Relations Experience,Animal Handling,Front Desk,Guest Services,Phone Etiquette Experience: years Vacancy: 1
