Job Description

DescriptionOur client a well-established company based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is seeking a professional and highly organized Receptionist cum Admin & HR Support to join their team. This role requires a dynamic individual who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors while providing comprehensive administrative and HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be presentable detail-oriented and capable of managing front desk responsibilities alongside HR coordination tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional mannerAssist with scheduling appointments and managing calendarsMaintain a tidy and organized reception areaCoordinate and manage incoming and outgoing correspondenceSupport various administrative tasks including data entry and filingAssist other departments with project-related tasks as requiredRequirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role Strong understanding of HR practices and procedures is a plus Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and a positive attitude Must be currently located in UAE BenefitsSalary: AED 7000 - AED 11000 based on experience.Required Experience:Junior IC Key Skills In House Legal,Deputy,Adobe Photoshop,Import & Export,Cosmetics Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
