Receptionist & Coordinator, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | UAE-BasedAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Receptionist & Coordinator to provide frontline support at a training center supporting a large-scale learning program in the UAE. This role is focused on creating a positive, organized, and well-managed environment for learners, facilitators, and visitors.You will handle reception, coordinate daily activities, support session setup, and assist with basic technology and facilities needs. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.What You’ll OwnFrontline Learner SupportAct as the first point of contact for learners arriving at the training centerGreet and assist learners with check-in, directions, and general questionsSupport registration, orientation, and daily coordination needsEscalate issues to the appropriate team members when neededFacilities & Environment CoordinationSupport setup and readiness of training rooms and common areasMonitor environment quality including cleanliness, layout, and basic facilities needsReport and follow up on facilities issuesMaintain a professional and welcoming reception areaEvent & Session SetupPrepare rooms for training sessions including seating, materials, and signageDistribute learner materials and ensure rooms are ready before start timesSupport coordination of daily schedules and room usageBasic Technology SupportProvide first-line support for common issues such as Wi-Fi access and basic device or platform questionsTest equipment before sessions to ensure readinessEscalate technical issues to the appropriate support teams when neededVisitor CoordinationManage visitor check-in, badges, and access proceduresMaintain visitor records in line with site requirementsProvide a professional and welcoming experience for all guestsLocation & Working ModelThis role is based onsite in the UAE at an assigned training center location. Full-time onsite presence is required during working hours.Additional InformationThis role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in reception, administrative support, or customer service rolesStrong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantageExperience in hospitality, customer-facing, or learner support environments preferredBasic proficiency with MS Office and common workplace toolsFriendly, professional, and service-oriented approach Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasksWhat Makes You Successful in This RoleYou are approachable, organized, and reliable.
