Job Description

ResponsibilitiesAchieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timelyand efficient mannerEnsure an efficient reception experience for Guests, including check in/out,and complete audit procedures, as requiredEnsure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are keptfully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or, other departmentsDemonstrate a high level of customer service at all timesAttend appropriate training courses, when required, and assist with the NightTeam's training and development effortsUse the correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies,credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy Comply withhotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislationAct in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of houseequipment and property management systemsFollow company brand standardsAssist other departments, as necessaryRequirementsPrevious experience in a customer-focused industryCompleted high school certificate or equivalentPositive attitude and good communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceExcellent grooming standardsAbility to work on your own and as part of a teamCompetent level of IT proficiencyWe OfferYearly Two Way TicketInsuranceFree AccommodationTransportationDiscounts on hotel rooms, gift shop items, food and beverage#J-18808-Ljbffr
