Job Description
ResponsibilitiesCheck-in/out: Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently.Reservations: Manage room bookings and guest inquiries.Guest Service: Address guest needs and provide solutions promptly.Billing: Ensure accurate billing and payment processes.Communication: Coordinate with other departments for guest satisfactionQualificationsLanguage Required: German & Russian SpeakersSustainability: Commit to and maintain sustainable practices by enhancing resource efficiency minimizing waste and promoting eco‑friendly social and ethical initiatives.
