Job Description The Key responsibilities will include: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous front-office experience. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure the readiness of facilities. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and courier services efficiently. Support administrative tasks, including document filing and data entry. Maintain an organised and presentable reception area at all times. Assist the Secretarial & Business Support department with ad hoc tasks as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all interactions. The Successful Applicant A successful Reception (UAE National) should have: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organisational skills and a detail-oriented approach to work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. A professional demeanour and ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team as needed.
